CAMP WICOSUTA STAFF FORMS
There are 3 types of forms:
- Online Forms: You will submit these through our website
- Written Forms: This is a form that you will have to print out, fill in and send, fax or email back to the
appropriate person.
- Type-In Forms: This is a form that is designed for you to type into, digitally sign, save to your hard
drive or disk and email back to camp. You may also print and send, fax or email it back.
