 STAFF TRAVEL OPTIONS & REMINDERS: CANADIAN STAFF Please read through the staff travel options before filling out the staff travel form on the main page. Below you will find all the information you need in order to book your travel to/from camp this summer. If at anytime you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at staff@campwicosuta.com or 914-946-0927/1-800-846-9426. We will make every effort to help you book the most cost efficient travel arrangements. Our records indicate that you will be traveling to camp from outside the United States. If you plan on flying to camp, then you should book your flights into either Manchester, New Hampshire Airport or Boston Logan Airport, Massachusetts. Manchester airport is about one and a half hours from camp and Boston Logan is about two hours from camp. We will arrange pickups at both locations for you on June 3rd, 8th, 11th, 15, and 16th ONLY. When booking your flights, please plan on arriving into the airport by 1:00pm so you can clear customs and we can arrange transportation for you on the 3:00pm Camp Vans. If you are flying from the west coast and can not arrive that early please contact us. We would like as many staff as possible to arrive in time for dinner at camp - the 3:00pm Camp Van is best for that option! You should book your return flight for Monday, August 18th after 10:00am if leaving from Manchester or after 12:00pm if leaving from Boston. NOTE: For those of you flying from the west coast of Canada, we suggest traveling to the US (Seattle) and flying from within the US for cheaper airfare. Our suggestion is that you book your flights directly online through one of the many websites available. A great way to find the best price is to use www.sidestep.com or www.kayak.com. Both sites will search websites including airline sites and travel sites like Orbitz. We have had great success in using both sites to assist many staff already. If you are driving to camp, please arrive by 5pm, in time for dinner. If you are traveling to camp by bus or train, please contact our office so we can help you coordinate your travel. STAFF MEMBERS TRAVELING TO THE US BY AIR MUST HAVE A VALID PASSPORT. Please submit your travel arrangements on the main page. This information is used to schedule the vans to camp.
