 STAFF TRAVEL Attention Camp Wicosuta Staff: All staff must fill out the staff travel form regardless of your arrival date to camp. Please read through the important reminders below prior to filling out the travel form. STAFF TRAVEL OPTIONS AND REMINDERS: Drive to Camp Fly to Camp Bus to Camp NY Airports to Camp Important Notes About Camp Departure STAFF Travel Form Drive to Camp: Please arrive at camp by 4:00pm EST on the start date of your contract. If using GPS or an online direction site, please enter the following address so that you do not get lost: 2000 W Shore Road Hebron, NH Fly to Camp: We provide transportation to camp from Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) and Manchester Regional Airport (MHT). Please arrive to the airports by 2pm for a 3pm departure to camp. We provide transportation from the airports on the following dates:
If your start day is different from the above dates AND you are planning on flying to camp make sure to indicate that in the form below and we will contact you about your transportation to camp. Our suggestion is that you book your flights directly online thought one of the many websites available. A great way to find the best price is to use www.sidestep.com or www.kayak.com. Both sites will search websites including airline sites and travel sites like Orbitz. We have had great success in using both sites to assist many staff already. Traveling to Camp via Bus: ***You are traveling to Plymouth, NEW HAMPSHIRE by bus not MASSACHUSETS!*** From Boston, MA to Camp Wicosuta: Depart: Boston, Logan Airport @ 7:20am (look for bus marked "Portland") Depart: Boston, South Station @ 8:00am (look for bus marked "Portland") Arrive: Plymouth, NH @ 10:45am Depart: Boston, Logan Airport @ 5:40pm (look for bus marked "Concord") Depart: Boston, South Station @ 6:15pm (look for bus marked "Concord") http://www.concordcoachlines.com/images/stories/pdf/NH_Jun_0609_handout.pdf Please print the schedule above for more information. Call Camp Wicosuta at 1-800-846-9426 from any pay phone free of charge when you arrive at the Plymouth, NH Bus station. From New York Area Airports: We suggest taking a Greyhound Bus (www.greyhound.com) to Boston Logan Airport or a Fung Wah Bus to Boston South Station (https://www.fungwahbus.com/t-schedule.aspx). When arriving in Boston you will transfer bus lines to a Concord Trailways Bus. Please see the information above about traveling by Bus to Camp, or you can meet our vans at the airport - please see info above, Fly to Camp. IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT CAMP DEPARTURE Most of your contracts indicate that you will be leaving camp on Friday, August 19, 2011. We will have a dinner for all staff on August 18th after the kids have departed and camp has been thoroughly cleaned. On August 19th we will provide transportation to surrounding Airports and bus terminals. If you are planning to depart from Manchester, NH, please book your flight for after 10am. If you are planning to depart from Boston, MA, please book your flight for after 12pm. |
