 STAFF TRAVEL OPTIONS & REMINDERS: INTERNATIONAL STAFF/AGENCY STAFF (CCUSA, CAMP AMERICA, CAMP LEADERS, ICCP) Below you will find all the information you need in order to book your travel to/from camp this summer. If at anytime you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at staff@campwicosuta.com or 914-946-0927/1-800-846-9426. We will make every effort to help you book the most cost efficient travel arrangements. Our records indicate that you will be traveling to camp from outside the United States. If you plan on flying to camp, then you should book your flights into either Manchester, New Hampshire Airport or Boston Logan Airport, Massachusetts. Manchester airport is about one and a half hours from camp and Boston Logan is about two hours from camp. We will arrange pickups at both locations for you on June 3rd, 8th, 11th, 15, and 16th ONLY. When booking your flights in Manchester, NH or Boston Logan Airport, please plan on arriving into the airport by 1:00pm so you can clear customs and we can arrange transportation for you on the 3:00pm Camp Vans. We would like as many staff as possible to arrive in time for dinner at camp - the 3:00pm Camp Van is best for that option! You should book your return flight for Monday, August 18th after 10:00am if leaving from Manchester or after 12:00pm if leaving from Boston. For those of you traveling to the New York Area we will not be providing camp van transportation. We suggest taking a Greyhound Bus (www.greyhound.com) to Boston Logan Airport. When arriving in Boston you can meet one of the camp vans departing at 3:00pm on June 3rd, 8th, 11th, 15, and 16th ONLY or transfer bus lines to a Concord Trailways Bus (www.concordtrailways.com) to the Plymouth, NH bus station. Please call camp when you arrive at the Plymouth, NH Bus station and we will come pick you up. Call Camp Wicosuta at 1-800-846-9426 from any pay phone free of charge. * The bus departs DAILY from Boston Logan to Plymouth, NH at 5:25pm. It arrives into Plymouth, NH at 8:30pm. If you are coming to camp through an agency (CCUSA, Camp America, Camp Leaders etc.) the agency will have your bus tickets booked and all of your travel arrangements set for you if you are flying into New York. If you arriving into Boston Airport on June 3rd, 8th, 11th, 15, and 16th, you will take a camp van. If you are traveling to camp by bus or train, please contact our office so we can help you coordinate your travel.
